We provide tools to create static and dynamic QR codes, including features such as analytics, bulk generation, and time-based codes. Some features are free; others require a paid Business subscription.
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and to disable QR codes found to link to harmful content.
Paid Business plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis in the currency you select (INR or USD). For Indian customers, applicable GST is added as required by law. By subscribing to an auto-renewing plan, you authorize us, through our payment partner, to charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
Dynamic QR codes redirect through our servers so their destination can be updated. If your Business plan expires or is cancelled, dynamic features may be limited in accordance with your plan. We are not responsible for the content of destination URLs you configure.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or changes.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by BGadi Business Solutions. QR codes you generate for lawful purposes are yours to use. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
