Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid Business subscriptions of the QR Code Generator operated by BGadi Business Solutions.

1. Subscriptions

Business plans are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and are billed in advance. The free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely within its limits.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or auto-renewal at any time from your Billing & Plan page. When you cancel:

• Your auto-renewal stops, so you will not be charged again;
• You keep access to Business features until the end of your current paid period;
• After that period ends, your account reverts to the free plan.

3. Refunds

Because our Service provides immediate digital access to features, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. However, we want you to be satisfied. We may consider a refund in cases such as:

• A duplicate or accidental charge;
• A verified technical issue on our side that prevented you from using the Service and that we could not resolve;
• A charge made in error.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge by emailing info@bgadibs.com with your account email and payment details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

4. Plan Changes

If you switch between monthly and yearly billing, your new payment extends your existing subscription — you do not lose any remaining paid days. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for plan switches.

5. GST

For Indian customers, GST charged on invoices is collected as required by law. Any refund, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with applicable tax rules.
