A plain black-and-white QR code works, but a QR code with your logo in the centre looks far more professional and builds brand recognition. The good news: you can add a logo for free, and it stays scannable if you follow a few simple rules.
A branded QR code earns more trust. People are wary of scanning random codes, but a code with a recognisable logo signals it's legitimate. For restaurants, shops, and marketing campaigns, a branded code also reinforces your identity every time someone scans.
QR codes have built-in error correction, but don't push it. Keep the logo to roughly the centre 20–30% of the code. Keep strong contrast between the dots and the background. Always test the final code with a real phone before printing it at scale.
For brochures, packaging, or large signage, download the SVG version. It stays razor-sharp at any size, unlike a low-resolution PNG that can blur when enlarged.
