Acceptance

By creating an account or using BGadiEdu ("the Service", operated by BGadi Business Solutions), you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept on your behalf.

User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Give accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details private and take responsibility for activity on your account.
• Use the Service only for lawful, personal, educational purposes.
• Treat tutors, students and staff with respect.

Account rules

• One account per person; accounts are personal and must not be shared or resold.
• A parent account may hold child profiles; the parent is responsible for those profiles.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or put others at risk.

Subscription terms

Paid plans, class packs and fees are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the stated period, and taxes apply as required by Indian law. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Disrupt classes, harass anyone, or share inappropriate content.
• Attempt to access, probe or break the Service or other accounts.
• Record or redistribute classes or materials without permission.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property.

Intellectual property

Course materials, software and branding remain the property of BGadi Business Solutions or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for learning.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BGadi Business Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous [three] months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
