Engagement

Tutors provide services as independent professionals on BGadiEdu, not as employees, unless a separate written contract says otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Teach prepared, punctual, good-quality classes.
• Follow the Community Guidelines and all child-safety rules.
• Keep all communication with students on the platform and appropriate.
• Protect student data and never share it.

Conduct and child safety

Tutors must never seek private contact with a student, arrange off-platform meetings, or behave in any way that risks a child's safety. Breaches lead to immediate removal and, where needed, a report to authorities.

Materials and IP

Materials you create for classes may be used by BGadi Business Solutions to deliver the Service. You keep your own pre-existing IP and licence it for that use. [Adapt to your actual arrangement.]

Payment

Payment is governed by the Tutor Payment Policy.

Ending the arrangement

Either side may end the arrangement with [notice period] notice. Obligations around confidentiality and child safety continue afterwards.
