Come to each class prepared for that student's level, board and goals.
Start and end on time. Repeated lateness or no-shows affect standing on the platform.
Explain clearly, check understanding, and teach the method -- not just the answer. Use the shared board and tools well.
Leave clear, encouraging notes after class so parents and students can follow progress.
Quality is monitored through student progress, parent feedback and periodic reviews. Support and coaching are offered where needed.
