Passwords must be at least [8] characters. We encourage a longer passphrase mixing letters, numbers and symbols, and discourage reusing passwords from other sites.
We never store passwords in plain text. They are stored as salted one-way hashes, so even we cannot read them.
You can reset your password by email through a time-limited, single-use code. Reset codes expire quickly and can only be used once.
After several failed attempts, sign-in is temporarily locked to slow down guessing. Normal access returns after a short wait or a reset.
Keep your password private, do not share it, and change it if you think it may be known to someone else.
