All lessons and messages happen inside BGadiEdu. Tutors will never ask a child for private contact details or to meet or chat elsewhere.
Class chat and notes are visible to parents, and recordings are only made with consent.
Children use a first name and a parent-owned login. We ask children not to share personal information in class or chat.
We encourage a parent to be nearby, especially for younger children, and to review notes and progress.
If anything feels wrong, stop and tell a parent, then report it to [support@bgadibs.com]. We act on every report.
