Our aim
A calm, respectful, focused space where children can learn. These guidelines apply in every class and chat.
Student behaviour
- Join on time and ready to learn.
- Be kind and respectful to your tutor.
- Stay on task and follow your tutor's guidance.
- Keep your camera and mic use appropriate for a class.
Teacher behaviour
- Be punctual, prepared and professional.
- Keep communication child-appropriate and within the platform.
- Never ask a student for private contact details or to move off-platform.
- Give clear, encouraging feedback.
Chat rules
Class chat is for learning. No abuse, no personal contact details, no links or content unrelated to the lesson. Chat may be recorded and visible to a child's parent.
Classroom etiquette
Mute when not speaking, use the shared board respectfully, do not draw over others' work without reason, and end classes politely.
